TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,168 FROM DISTRICT 18 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO WINDEMERE PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION FOR SIDEWALK REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE “COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $7,168 is hereby appropriated from District 18 Neighborhood Development Funds, through the Office of Management and Budget, to Windemere Place Homeowners Association for sidewalk repair and maintenance.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
