TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $6,330 FROM DISTRICT 6 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, THROUGH METRO PARKS, TO LUV-IT LANDSCAPING FOR BEAUTIFICATION AND LANDSCAPING PROJECTS IN DISTRICT 6.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE “COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $6,330 is hereby appropriated from District 6 Neighborhood Development Funds, through Metro Parks, to Luv-It Landscaping for beautification and landscaping projects in District 6.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
