TITLE
AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO LOUISVILLE METRO CODE OF ORDINANCES SECTION 42.43 (I) AND COUNCIL RULE 7.01 APPROVING THE FOLLOWING CONTRACT FOR MANAGEMENT OF CHEROKEE GOLF COURSE - (CHRISTOPHER WILSON).

WHEREAS, emergency legislation as authorized by Metro Council Rule 7.01 is needed to ensure a contract is in place before the beginning of the most active time for golf course use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following contract is hereby approved:
PARKS DEPARTMENT
A contract for the management of Cherokee Golf Course with Christopher Wilson from the date of Council approval of the contract through December 31, 2027.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
