AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $5,500 $6,250 $12,000 FROM NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: $5,000 FROM DISTRICT 24; $1,000 EACH FROM DISTRICTS 21 AND 22; $750 FROM DISTRICT 3; AND $500 EACH FROM DISTRICTS 2, AND 13, 15, 16, 23, AND 25; AND $250 EACH FROM DISTRICTS 1, 6, 12, 14, AND 20; TO THE LOUISVILLE FREE PUBLIC LIBRARY FOR THE ARTIST-IN-RESIDENCE COLLIDER PROGRAM AT THE SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL LIBRARY (AS AMENDED).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $5,500 $6,250 $12,000 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner: $5,000 from District 24; $1,000 each from Districts 21 and 22; $750 from District 3; and $500 each from Districts 2, and 13, 15, 16, 23, and 25; and $250 each from Districts 1, 6, 12, 14, and 20; to the Louisville Free Public Library for the Artist-In-Residence Collider Program at the South Central Regional Library.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
