AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A TOTAL OF $11,000 $12,250 FROM NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: $10,000 FROM DISTRICT 9; $500 EACH FROM DISTRICTS 23, 1,13; $250 EACH FROM DISTRICTS 14, 3, 2; THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO THE WORLD AFFAIRS COUNCIL OF KENTUCKY/SOUTHERN INDIANA, INC. FOR TECHNOLOGY, COMMUNICATIONS AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT (As Amended).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $11,000 $12,250 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner: $10,000 from District 9; $500 each from Districts 23, 1, 13; $250 each from Districts 14, 3, 2; through the Office of Management and Budget, to the World Affairs Council of Kentucky/Southern Indiana, Inc. for technology, communications and operational support.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council's Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
