AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 073, SERIES 2020 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021 OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT BY APPROPRIATING $3,533,700 $2,183,700 OF GENERAL FUND COMMITTED FUND BALANCE FROM FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020 TO VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS (AS AMENDED).

WHEREAS, the Council wishes to make these appropriations available to serve community needs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Part I. Revenues and Funding Sources, of Ordinance 073, Series 2020 is hereby amended as follows:
SECTION II: Part I., F. Chief of Public Services, 5. Public Works & Assets, of Ordinance No. 073, Series 2020 is hereby amended as follows:

In addition to the citywide Clean Collaborative effort, the Central Business District and Jefferson Square Park will be specifically addressed with the above listed funding.
