AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $6,750 FROM DISTRICT 26 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO THE CITY OF MEADOWVIEW ESTATES, PURSUANT TO LMCO 97.100 ESTABLISHING A METRO PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM WITH SUBURBAN CITIES FOR A SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $6,750 is hereby appropriated from the District 26 Neighborhood Development Funds, through the Office of Management and Budget, to the City of Meadowview Estates, pursuant to LMCO 97.100 establishing a Metro Partnership Program with Suburban Cities for a security camera system.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council's Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
