TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $5,384 FROM DISTRICT 2 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS TO LOUISVILLE METRO PUBLIC WORKS TO FUND THE REPLACEMENT OF THE HANDRAIL AT THE NORTHERN STRUCTURE OF THE PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE AT 4109 SAINT CHARLES LANE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE “COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $5,384 from District 2 Neighborhood Development Funds to Louisville Metro Public Works to fund the replacement of the handrail at northern structure of the pedestrian bridge at 4109 Saint Charles Lane.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
