AN ORDER TO APPROVE A $10,000 PERFORMANCE BOND FOR THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT CLERK FOR JANUARY 7, 2019 THROUGH JANUARY 7, 2020.

WHEREAS, in accordance with KRS 67.120, the clerk of the legislative council of a consolidated local government shall execute a bond to be approved by the Council; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Council of the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government has determined that a $10,000 Bond is sufficient to insure the faithful performance of H. Stephen Ott in his capacity as Clerk of the Metro Council.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I:                      The Bond executed by H. Stephen Ott, Clerk of the Metro Council, on January 7, 2019, and renewed each year thereafter until the position is vacated, a copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby ratified for the period January 7, 2019 to January 7, 2020.

SECTION II:  This Order shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
