A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT UP TO $2,000,000 FROM THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF LOUISVILLE FOR THE HOME FOR GOOD INITIATIVE TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.

WHEREAS, these funds will be used to provide case management within the Home for Good Initiative; and
WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to take advantage of this opportunity through the Office of Housing and Community Development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept up to $2,000,000 from the Community Foundation of Louisville for the Home for Good Initiative to be administered by the Office of Housing and Community Development.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
