Be it ordained by the Legislative Council of the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government (The Council) As Follows:
SECTION I: Part I., E. Chief of Community Building, 4. Community Services, a.(1) of Ordinance No. 103, Series 2015, is hereby amended as follows:
4. Community Services
a. General Operations
(1) General Fund 8,605,300
(2) Design’d Other Fund Bal. 92,100
(3) Community Development 2,517,200
(4) Agency and Other Receipts 18,272,000
Total - Community Services 29,486,600
f. No changes are allowed to the organizational structure or functions of Neighborhood Place without the approval of the Metro Council.
Section II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
