BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I: The sum of $5,700 $6,700 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner: $1,500 from District 15; $1,000 each from Districts 15, 12; $750 from District 6; $500 each from Districts 14, 17, 21, 13, 9, 16; $450 from District 4; to Metro Parks Department for sound and lighting equipment and additional rental fees for a free Louisville Orchestra concert at Iroquois Amphitheatre.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council's Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
