BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following appropriation for the listed contract is hereby approved:
METRO COUNCIL
$100,000.00 for a noncompetitively negotiated Professional Service Contract with the University of Louisville for a merger review study to be conducted on behalf of the Louisville Metro Comprehensive Review Commission created pursuant to Chapter 201 of the 2022 Kentucky Acts, from October 14, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
