A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO THE CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCES, APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE FOLLOWING NONCOMPETITIVELY NEGOTIATED AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT FOR LOUISVILLE METRO PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLNESS (“LMPHW”) CONCERNING ASSISTANCE FOR LMPHW’S COVID-19 MULTICULTURAL COMMUNITY CAMPAIGN - (HONING LLC - $15,500.00 FOR A NEW NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $45,500.00).

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/ JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following appropriation for the listed amendment to contract is hereby approved:
LOUISVILLE METRO PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLNESS
$15,500.00 for a new not-to-exceed amount of $45,500.00 for an amendment to the noncompetitively negotiated Professional Service Contract with Honing LLC for management and oversight of partnership activities to the LMPHW Office of Globalization’s COVID-19 Multicultural Community Campaign from August 16, 2021 through June 30, 2022.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
