TITLE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT RELATED TO ALLOWABLE DENSITY WITHIN THE CAMPUS SUBAREA OF THE SOBRO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT IN LOUISVILLE METRO (15ZONE1007).

WHEREAS, the Legislative Council of the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government (the "Council") has considered the evidence presented at the public hearing held by the Louisville Metro Planning Commission and the recommendations of the Commission and its staff as set out in the minutes and records of the Planning Commission in Case No. 15ZONE1007; and,
WHEREAS, the Council concurs in and adopts the findings of the Planning Commission for the text amendment to the Campus subarea density regulations of the SoBro Planned Development District, as proposed in Case No. 15ZONE1007, and approves and accepts the recommendations of the Planning Commission as set out in said minutes and records;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:

Section I: That the Campus subarea density regulation within the SoBro Planned Development District, more particularly described in the minutes and records of the Planning Commission in Case No. 15ZONE1007, is hereby amended as follows:
Campus Subarea Lot Standards - Density
Min: N/A
Max: 58 DU/AC, except that the number of dwelling units in existing structures in excess of 15 stories tall may be increased to no more than 360 du/ac so long as the net rentable square footage of the structures is not increased.

Section II: This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and approval.
