BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I:                     The following appropriation for the listed contract is hereby approved:

POLICE

$1,400,000.00 $700,000.00 for a noncompetitively negotiated new Sole Source Contract with Intergraph Corporation for upgrades and maintenance for LMPD’s I/LEADS software from September 15, 2015 through September 14, 2016.

SECTION II:                     This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
