A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“COUNCIL”) FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2020.

WHEREAS, on January 6, 2003, pursuant to KRS 67C.103(10), the Council adopted a set of legislative rules (“Council Rules”) that were last updated on August 22, 2019;
WHEREAS, pursuant to KRS 67C.103(8) and Council Rule 3.01, the Council adopted the calendar of regular Council meetings for 2020 on October 24, 2019; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Council Rule 4.02, the Council now adopts the calendar of regular Council committee meetings for 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: All Council committee meetings set forth in the 2020 Metro Council Calendar, attached hereto, shall be considered regular meetings of such committees.
SECTION II: The Council hereby adopts the 2020 Metro Council Calendar.
SECTION III: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
