BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I:                     The following appropriation for the listed contract is hereby approved:

OFFICE FOR SAFE AND HEALTHY NEIGHBORHOODS

$200,000.00 for a noncompetitively negotiated Professional Service Contract with Cure Violence Global for professional services regarding training and technical assistance to help alleviate violence in Metro Louisville from December 1, 2021 through November 30, 2022.

SECTION II:                     This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
