A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SCHEDULE OF THE REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“COUNCIL”) FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2023.

WHEREAS, on January 6, 2003, pursuant to KRS 67C.103(10), the Council adopted a set of legislative rules (“Council Rules”) that were last updated on August 12, 2021;
WHEREAS, pursuant to KRS 67C.103(8), the Council enacted subsection 3.01 of the Council Rules, which required the Council to hold at least one regular meeting per month; and
WHEREAS, the Council has created a schedule of its regular meetings for 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Council hereby adopts the 2023 Metro Council Calendar with the schedule of regular meetings, a copy of which is attached hereto.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
