BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE “COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I:                      The sum of $23,250 $26,250 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner: $3,000 from District 6; $2,250 from District 9; $1,875 from District 15; $1,500 each from Districts 2, 4, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 23, and 26; $750 each from Districts 20 and 22; and $375 each from Districts 13, 21, and 25; through the Office of Management and Budget, to Kentucky Shakespeare, Inc. for the Shakespeare in the Parks Julius Caesar 2022 tour.

SECTION II:                      The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.

SECTION III:                       This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.

SECTION IV:                       This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
