BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I: The sum of $14,250 $14,500 $15,250 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds as follows: $2,500 from District 15; $2,000 each from Districts 21, 14, 12, 13; $1,000 from District 25; $500 each from Districts 3, 9; $250 each from Districts 6, 2, 8, 5, 16, 20, 17 10, 4, 7, 22; to Louisville Metro Parks Department, to support the 2015 Series of Movies Under the Stars, concerts, and other free events, open to the public, at Iroquois Park Amphitheater.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council's Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.

SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
