BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I:                     The following appropriation for the listed contract is hereby approved:

METRO SAFE

$1,634,859.00 $1,715,051.00 for a noncompetitively negotiated Professional Service Contract with Seven Counties Services, Inc. for professional services regarding deflection program mobile response efforts from December 6, 2021 through December 5, 2022.

SECTION II: Louisville Metro Government agrees that Metro Safe shall provide monthly reports to the Council with updates on the number of positions staffed and the compensation for same under the Contract.

SECTION III:                      This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
