BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I: The sum of $14,50025015,250 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner: $4,000 from District 15; $1,500 each from Districts 21 and 25; $1,000 each from Districts 12, 13, and 14; $500 each from Districts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, and 23; and $250 each from Districts 1, 5, 17, and 20, and 24; to Louisville Metro Parks Department for programming costs associated with the 2018 series of movies, concerts, art events, festivals, and other free and low cost events open to the public at Iroquois Park Amphitheater.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council's Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
