(ECHO) FOR CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION PROGRAMMING (As Amended).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $5,500 $7,250 $9,250 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner: $1,000 each from Districts 25, 14, 12; $750 from District 10; $500 each from Districts 3, 13, 6, 2, 1, 15, 4, 17, 21, 23, 24; through the Office of Management and Budget, to Exploited Children’s Help Organization, Inc. (ECHO) for Child Abuse Prevention Programming.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
